ClubPay was formed in 2008 as a leading provider of outsourced payroll, timekeeping, and human resource management tools specifically focused on the club industry. In 2010, Jonas Club Management recognized the value ClubPay’s service, and acquired ClubPay as their preferred outsourced payroll provider. Since then, ClubPay has been awarded “Excellence in Achievement” consecutively from 2011-2017 by BoardRoom Magazine for overall excellence in payroll achievements, innovation, vision for future growth and continued impact on private club operations.

ClubPay acts as the exclusive sales and marketing division of CertiPay America for the club industry. Certa Data Corporation (dba CertiPay America) has been in business since 1990 and is headquartered in Central Florida with additional regional offices across the Southeastern United States. CertiPay handles the payroll processing and development of the underlying software systems.

CertiPay America processes over $1 Billion in payroll each year, and since inception has maintained a client retention rate of 97% which is far higher than industry standard. CertiPay credits its low client turnover rate to its uncompromising commitment to client support, feature-rich software, and dynamic reporting capabilities.
